| Interesting concept over at CWW
Cardesign of a Ford Fusion Compact. This hatchback
looks to carry over the signature front end styling with
what looks to be a VW Golf hatch of some sort.
Nevertheless the concept is thinking outside of the box,
and many of us would like to see another variation added
to the plate.

The 1970s, 80s, and 90s all expressed a great deal of concern towards rising oil costs, swaying the demands that needed to happen in the United States. But when SUVs, large trucks, and horsepower still rule the sector stateside, it has always pushed the motive to make the eco-friendly automobile a highly embraced priority, without any heavy action taken to change the market. Now the heavy action in favor of the green car will unfold in front of our very eyes.

I didn't expect the attention that we have been getting to be this positive this soon. Since the site started, we have added a few articles, FusionMann's Fusion Map, a handful of excited Fusion owners, gained a few part makers to eyeball the CD8 for upcoming releases, squashed some bugs, made the site more user friendly(thanks to the help of a few great critics) and last but not least, we have provided a solution to host TSB thanks to the great work of our newest moderator, ciscoford. The Fusion community as a whole is a serious deal, and people are very serious about their cars. While the group is still new, we have a great deal of ambition floating around. Between all of the great sites that are dedicated for the Fusion/Milan/Zephyr/MKZ owner, it has been very positive. I look forward to doing my part in the community to get as much news and information on the site and make it easy to find and readily available to everyone who seeks it. I am even more so looking forward to the great resources that others provide for us. It's early, but I have a feeling that the Fusion community will be a great one, bringing practical cars as daily driven ecstasy back to the blue oval and most importantly, money back to a place where we call home.
